Beneflex Joint Support is intended to provide relief from sore joints. As we age, our bodies can be less and less forgiving as we move around or engage in sporting activities. Even walking can become a major problem if our joints and cartilage are not responding properly. For this reason, more and more people are turning to natural supplements to try and solve problems.
The formula contains ingredients that are often seen within the joint-relief market. One of these is hyaluronic acid. For years, people have been getting hyaluronic acid injections to help ease the problem of osteoarthritis, and they can be very effective. While this is not a shot, there are many studies that suggest that this important acid can be taken orally with benefits over time.
They have also included a brand of Boswellia Serrata in their formula. Studies suggest that taking this Indian tree can help decrease joint pain (especially in the knees), increase the ability to move the joints, and help lengthen the time and distance a person is able to take walks or perform other activities without having to stop.
Turmeric is likely the secret weapon in this formula. For years, people have been taking this yellow and orange spice to help reduce much of the inflammation that can occur to joints from normal, everyday activity. There was even an article in the New York Times in which doctors were speaking on this spice, giving it high praise. These doctors would rule out any other major problems happening to the joints, and once they ruled out such things, they would recommend turmeric to their patients. They claim they saw much success in many of their patients.
