Body Ammo Joint Connection is a product aiming to help people maintain their joints. Joints can become inflexible and painful as people get older, especially when they develop forms of arthritis.
As with many other formulas, they use a few specific ingredients that many experts say can have a positive impact on the joints and cartilage. The first of these is the amino sugar named glucosamine. If we want to keep our cartilage healthy, we may need to make sure that our glucosamine levels do not get low. Similar things have been said about the skin, fingernails, and bones – anywhere there is connective tissue. Some studies suggest that glucosamine may even help in the rebuilding process of the joints’ structure.
Chondroitin sulfate is often paired up with glucosamine. It is known as another important part of the structure of connective tissue. Often, it is produced from cow trachea or byproducts from pork. Although linked to effectiveness, this is why some products may not be appropriate for all people.
This formula includes turmeric as well. Also called Curcuma and Indian saffron, it is linked to helping fight against too much inflammation, something that can be a major problem in the joints.
